All sales are FINAL SALE. Due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation, we cannot accept return merchandise for health, hair, and beauty products. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. If you notice your product is defective, please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 5 business days of receiving your product at divainthed@gmail.com. If your item is defective, we will allow an exchange of the same item only (no credits). The customer will be responsible for all shipping cost for any exchanges, including the replacement item shipping cost.

SHIPPING
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order to verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. You will receive a tracking number via email. For PayPal orders, we will only ship to the address provided via PayPal. In the event of a failed delivery attempt and your package is returned to us, we will notify you via email. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to reship your order. We will not issue a refund for failed delivery attempts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are inputting the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
